In 2023, Poppema-Sikma Construction had the honor of partnering with Northwest Iowa Community College to update and modernize their cafeteria, creating a vibrant and functional space for students, faculty, and staff to gather, dine, and connect. The success of this project left such a lasting impression that Northwest Iowa Community College entrusted us with an even larger undertaking: the construction of their brand-new Sioux Hall Dorm.
